Before you arrive
Getting here
From Brisbane, take the Bribie Island Road exit 152a off the Bruce Highway. Turn left into Old Toorbul Point Road, 5km from the overpass, then take the first right into The Abbey Place.
From the Sunshine Coast, take the Toorbul-Donnybrook exit 157. Turn left onto Pumicestone Road, then right into McGarry Road about 500 metres from the turn-off. Follow it for 4km and turn left into The Abbey Place.
Ample parking is available on site.
About the property
The Abbey Church shares a sixty year old property with St Michael’s College, a working farm and the Abbey Museum, so the church is one building among several rather than the whole site.
Accessibility
Its entrance is under a covered porch, with a ramp and a handrail up to the door, and the church is wheelchair accessible.
